South East Villages Neighborhood locates in Area 3 for City of Aurora Police Department. Neighbors who live north of Montgomery Road are in District 12 and neighbors south of Montgomery Road are in District 16. Our City supports Community Oriented Policing (C.O.P.), and we appreciate the assistance of C.O.P. officers serving in our community.
What is Community Oriented Policing?
Community Oriented Policing promotes safety in Aurora. The work of C.O.P. officers in Aurora benefits our neighborhood through building relationships, strategizing problem prevention, and developing solutions to crime and safety issues.
Problem-solving techniques in our area, together with proactive involvement, complement the City-wide work to:
- Alleviate crime,
- Build trust, and
- Create safe communities.

Nearby to SEV Neighborhood, Eola Road Branch is open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m., and Friday/Saturday hours are 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. During the school year, the Library has open hours on Sunday afternoons from 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.
